Morse Code Beacon

This project started because a friend of mine asked if I could make a Morse code beacon for them when they went camping. I wired a pnp Transistor into the circuit of the flashlight and had the base of the transistor controlled by GPIO 24 of the Raspberry Pi. I then wrote a program for the Raspberry Pi to convert a message to morse code and turn the transistor on and off in sequence. If I get more time i would like to make a modification that would allow my friend to update the message using the Pi’s bluetooth connection.
